Contract Administrator

​

We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our growing team. Based in Arlington, VA, This position will support the President of our General Contracting company and the project management team as follows:

 

 

• Approve all client contracts to ensure compliance with company requirements and coordinate execution

• Manage all subcontracts

• Manage job change orders

• Manage subcontractor insurance compliance

• Track receipt of W-9 from subcontractors

• Process lien waivers

• Oversee account receivable collections

• Process subcontractor/vendor invoices for payment

• Resolve invoicing/billing issues

• Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors

• Maintain Compliance Depot account and other vendor/supplier set-up requirements

• Oversee and administer RedTeam, the project management software

• Assist project managers with unit renovation tracking and other project administration

• Assist project managers in reconciling project expenses and revenue to ensure overall profitability of the project

 

Requirements:

 

 

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience

• BS/BA required

• Proficient in MS Office

• Working knowledge of Quickbooks

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
