Corporate Accountant

We are seeking a Corporate Accountant to join our growing team. Reporting to the Controller, the Corporate Accountant will assist in maintaining the financial health and accuracy of our corporate and partnership entities. This role will work closely with the accounting and management teams to ensure accurate bookkeeping, compliance, and financial reporting.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring accurate documentation of financial transactions for multiple entities

  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple entities

  • Prepare and review monthly financial packages, including variance analysis

  • Collaborate with team members to manage revenue forecasts

  • Conduct intercompany analysis across multiple entities

  • Perform monthly P-card (procurement card) analysis

  • Review and process employee expense reimbursements

  • Assist with annual budgeting and planning processes

  • Manage year-end 1099 filings for all entities under management

  • Provide financial support for annual corporate insurance renewals

  • Maintain the Treasury Management tracker

  • Ensure compliance for all entities by managing trackers and updating records

  • Maintain fee schedules and support internal control workflow documentation

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Minimum of 1 year of corporate or real estate accounting experience

  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel

  • Proficiency in GAAP and knowledge of financial reporting standards

  • Experience with budgeting, financial forecasting, and year-end processes

  • Ability to analyze financial data and present findings clearly
